It aims to provide a theoretical and practical explanation of the factors that are necessary for effective operations and supply management in today’s global and highly competitive markets. In addition, it demonstrates how operations performance can shape and influence the sales and profit ambition of a business.
Core modules cover operational and strategic management, logistics, international trade, business analysis and total quality management. You can then personalise your degree with electives such as operations modelling and simulation, and e-business enterprise systems. You complete your degree with an original dissertation.
